8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
2 cups milk
2 eggs, well beaten
1-1/4 teaspoon vanilla
6 cups raisin bread, cubed
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Mix cream cheese, sugar and cinnamon until thoroughly blended. Add milk, eggs and vanilla. Combine bread cubes and let stand for 15 minutes. Pour into greased casserole dish. Bake for 50 minutes.
